At The Boho Boutique, we want you to love the items you take home. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help!

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for in-store credit only.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other marks
    • In their original condition with tags attached (if applicable)


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry
  • Accessories (hair accessories, hats, etc.)
  • Intimates/bralettes
  • Seasonal/holiday items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

 

Online Orders

If you purchased online:

  • Please contact us at ShopBohoBoutique@yahoo.com within 15 days of delivery to start a return.
  • Once approved, you can mail your item back or return it in store.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos so we can take care of it right away.

In-Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card or digital credit that never expires. Store credit can be used online or in-store.
